Used to be a criteria but over the passage of time players have come from outside of the Met. Suspect there may be necessity for a number of players to be serving coppers like Lee Gledhill who also played last night. I don't think the other ex Wing currently playing for MP Frankie Sawyer is a copper either.

Football is, I tihnk, the only sport where you don't nesscessarily have to be La Policia to play for them. I know in my sport (athletics), unless you're competing for a higher club, you HAVE to turn out for them.
