Dear. oh dear... oh dear........What a bloody shambles. 5O interested candidates. Who do the Hobbits choose. Probably the one bloke who isn`t available...........Brilliant. OH!..... I forgot.... He`s young and ambitious......... and cheap!!!!!!...... 90% of the other interested fella`s are now running as fast as they can away from this balls up.
We now have no manager, we dseem unwilling to pay any fee Dartford want and this could set us back loads.
This is not good at all and being unable to sort this in 2 and 1/2 days suggests were in the shyte.
We really do act unprofessionally at times. After the balls up we should have gone straight back to Dartford and said you want XXX? of pounds. Tell you what you keep him.
then we should have gone to 2 or 3 best applicants and BEGGED them to take the job. To let this drag on just makes us look a shambles wether or not its our fault.

Great point Kev one i have made to a few i speak to on here he surely must look at the players in a game before throwing himself in the deep end ...... thats if he still gets the job!!
