Jack is suspended for Saturday's game against stubborn Staines. It could be a bit of a problem in central defence as Steve King is out injured. Also, the following Sunday week against Tonbridge, both Lee Clarke and Jamie Day are cup-tied having played for Cambridge City and Dartford respectively.
Good luck to Jamie as he starts as Wings manager today - and we owe a big thank you to Lee Protheroe for keeping things going and getting some good results.
I guess Jamie's first job must be to get a central defender in on loan - Yado Mambo anybody?

I was at the game on saturday and i was sitting in the stand behind the dougout, there was a man there with a Colchester coat on with a note pad and he had Jack's name on it along with Sam's has anybody heard of an approach or does anybody know wo this person was ??
Could be Essex based scout for Braintree, Chelmsford or similar. Strange to go to Worcester to watch them though rather than just over the bridge to kent this coming Saturday.
Thought that Clarke played in the FA Cup didn't think he had palyed in the FA Trophy. Has jamie played form Dartford in it. Thought that the Trophy and FA Cup were seperate so are they cup tied.
