Just had a look at there fans forum Seems they are getting rid of players & they say someone has come in for Sherringham !.........what would happen to our case ??????
or we could sue the fa for 1 million pounds and state that had they followed procedures we would have 25k plus and be in contentiion at the top of the table.
Cant we take out an injunction on the FA or Sheringham or Stortford? until this is sorted.
The FA need a new rule in these bosman cases, if its not sorted within 6 weeks of signing the player cannot play for that team or anyone else until the money is in the previous club's bank in full.

Agreed, its complete and utter horse-s**t that they come out with as reasoning for why it takes so long. You need a 30minute meeting with two reps from each club stating their case, and two decision makers from the FA giving a decision, it could be bloody sorted within 7days if they put their mind to it
I know the government is run poorly, but if we are not getting any joy from the FA then it might be worth presenting our case to an independent authority such as the sports minister.
