Finn scored for us.

I couldnt give a toss if we aint played for weeks.

Thats absoloutely horrendous losing to a gloryfied park team. Have we not been training indoors?

Rest assured some teams in our league, will be training indoors staying fired up. It looks like we are down the pub on training nights.

Yeah it doesnt matter its a friendly, it also shows we are lacking fitness and maybe dont give a toss.

I TRUST Daisy will sort this out ASAP.

To be fair it appeared to be a 45 min run out for the squad some in the first half and the rest in the second with trialists/reserves making up the rest. Charlie didn't play so a couple of relatively inexperienced keepers. When we stitch together the first XI from the first and second halves + Charlie on Sat normal service should be resumed.

That is not to detract from Thamesmead's performance, they were quick, organised (apart from the slackness which allowed Finn to score), cleared their lines well and took their opportunities when they arose. They have improved by leaps and bounds over the last couple of years.

Fair enough Bruno, surprising we never used it as a hard match and as a first team match. We will only know if that was the correct thing if we are slow out of the boxes in the next game. If we win it then obviously Jamie got it bang right. Hes the qualified coach.

The points still stand. Talk about tree hugging.

Some advice Graham, if you are going to quote someone dont cut out a piece that you want to that is then taken out of context when the rest of the post isnt included.

Does being a qualified coach, mean your are a good manager OR EVEN NOT BEING QUALIFIED, mean your a poor manager

No but being a qualified coach may make you a better manager and not being a qualified coach could mean you are a poor one. Some people think I'm a good manager but if they put me in charge at Welling we'd be in the Kent League very shortly thereafter. That could be because I'm not a qualified coach and so I'd just shout "concentrate " the whole time and I'd only ever bring on subs with 2 minutes or less to go. I would, of course, also try to break the 100 players used before Christmas mark and only sign those who were 5'5" or less.

With just a dash of Nicky Brigden. As for looks perhaps we shouldn't go there.
