I think this boy is a good player! I would like to see him get more playing time.  He is a bit of a rough diamond but he has a lot of potential.  I`d hate to see him go somewhere else.  Then come back to bite us on the bum.  It`s only my opinion.  What do the rest of you think?

Decent attitude not sure he'd be so effective as a starter and haven't seen a lot of end product from him. Can be harsh at this level just look at Deane has produced some great stuff but somehow Obersteller just looks the part.

I agree

I think both Deane and Bakare have something about them

I also think it is time to think what their 'proper' positions are

Deane I think is a little supect at full back BUT 'could' be a decent winger

Bakare...I havent a clue where his position is BUT he certainly beefs up the team when he comes on

Not good enough, the nature of the fact we dont know his best position and that he cant currently get in team says it all really. If we are to become a threat in this league as weeks and months go by, and then on to next season, we need better. Sorry.

Interesting thought ... Bod still good friends with Jamie Day he said, hmm, maybe next season ...

He did well yesterday Kev, Still raw but he hurt Dartford and has a good engine and gets in positions. Nice to see us passing along the deck in and around the box and not launching it in the air.

There is definitely something about Bakare and some raw talent to work with there. Showed up well last night, took his goal well and has some pace and power.

My only concern is what his best position is as I have no idea. I think the coaching staff need to nail down what his position is going to be and then work with him to improve him in that position.

On last night's showing I think he is a tremendous prospect - pace, power and skill.  And he was  up against a useful defender.  For me, his position is forward or midfield.  He was popping up everywhere last night causing mayhem in the Dartford defence.  Keep the lad and develop him - he's going to be a good 'un.  I would also keep Michael Deane - as a winger.  Again - pace, power and a good crosser of a ball.

Agree strongly with last 2 posts. Definitely has a lot of potential and we have the coaches to get the best out of him. He would be worth a contract.

Overall I thought it was nice to see such a strong side considering so many 1st team starters were out. Bakare is like a terrier, running for everything - showed really passion and commitment last night - and nice to see that even though he hardly ever starts he hasn't just cleared off.
