I worked with a chap who was once a Colour Sargent in the British Army stationed in what was West Germany. He told me that when in the army the wives always knew when manoeuvre's were due as the NAFFI ran out of tights. If it is manly for the British Army to wear them I am sure we can accept this from footballers.
As an after thought could the club shop get some in and sell them to the players at a profit?
