I am sure Jamie has plans for the players he wants next season, from what I have heard do not be surprised if some players follow Jamie from a kent club, I know Adam Goss is sure to be one
Kevin i believe charlie mitten is a non contract player by choice but i do agree he should stay. Jack obersteller should be offered a contract. I am not sure about dean cracknell. All other players you mention i agree, but would not be surprised if some are let go. wings63 stated correctly mr day will have players in mind. James lawson will probably only be asked to come pre-season and i reckon he wont turn up.
Indeed regarding Mitten, and "old guy" haha, but as he is a shoe-in for Player of the Year, and the great team spirit of late, Im sure he can be talked into one more season.
Obersteller, yes, I would take him assuming Gross doesnt come.
Cracknell is good enough, has just been out a lot recently.
Lawson owes an attendance pre-season at least, he should bite their hands off to prove himself.
kevin agreed charlie my player of year so far. cracknell wrong side of thirty a good player yes but like you said there will be players calling mr day. obersteller is young good strong and i believe can play at higher level sign him earn some money if or when someone comes in for him.
I think we should only keep a couple of players and then wait until a couple of weeks before the season starts before buying some players who really aren't up to this standard, then we should make do with loan players. We should also avoid AT ALL COST anyone more than 5'10" tall. It has kept us in this league for a number of seasons now so why change a proven formula?

I don't beleve Cracknell to be as old as you suggest. I like him but he doesn't offer much going forward. Good squad player though.
He can hit a ball from 30yards, and he is "box to box" and puts himself about.
I've been spoilt by the Hanlons and Daysies (1st spell) of this world and expect a lot more of my attacking midfielder in the final third. Cracknell is a ball winner who hits the odd off target thunderbolt.

Quite right Spitey, Cracknell is only 26

sorry for putting years on cracknell like i said nice player but have a feeling he wont be one staying. let finn go . sambrook can play in different postions before he is let go hope mr day brings a versatile player who can play in different postions younger and cheaper. bakare hobbs dont seem to figure into mr day future plans.
Sorry but I don't see what the fuss is about with Cracknell. Granted he has been out injured and is not match fit yet but to me he just runs around a lot and doesn't achieve very much (see Lee Spiller)
I thought Clarke could play up front when Pugh left (and he can do a job there) but seems to be more effective these days joining from midfield.
Day and Clarke as current central midfield pairing for me every time and hopefully another striker for the remainder of the season.
I Cannot see a striker coming from Dartford to Welling, I mean who do they have Rob Haworth to old and possibly out of his depth, Carl Rook just signed him cant see him coming, Danny Harris not sure he can be any better than we have already Allen Tait a bit injury prone and Jay May once again out of his depth at this level and then there is Lee Burns cant see him coming either,
From what I know about Jmaie and Ryan Hayes I dont think they are the best of friends so cannot see that happening, The only one I think will come will be Adam Goss, but then again it will be as a favour to Jamie as Dartford surley will be able to offer more wages than us
Every post littered with Dartford have more money, dartford have better ground, dartford will over take us etc etc, no dartford players will want to "come" to Welling.
Some people fell for it last time.
