Always assumed I had kept my copy of this but somehow it went missing so purchased a "new" one off eBay.

Included a team-sheet from the game, which was a nice bonus.

Some familiar faces for us and Charlton including then Manager Alan Pardew, then Club Captain Phil Parkinson and a certain Mr Smith...

Nice one James fascinating. A certain referee did for us that day and as far as I'm aware is still a League ref sadly. At least he never made Premier League, he was crap and very biased that day.

Is still to date my proudest moment supporting the Wings. Holding the best placed team in the FA Cup at that stage of the competition for 60 odd mins + out singing them. Brilliant day despite the result.

Interesting Sam Saunders on the bench. Never really got much of a chance, but is doing well for himself. Now at Brentford where his chances have been limited but was excellent for Dag & Red last season.

Colin Lewington's son, Chris, is now number 2 keeper at the Daggers!

Dave Flemming, one of my old faves in my first wings season!

Does anyone else thinks that having 'Reading Fans' on the teamsheet is really sad?!

Ha didn't notice that! Surely if the fans are going to be given a squad number it'd be 12. Twelfth man and all that.

I remember Glen Knight kicking the ball into the crowd at the end and the recipient quickly letting the ball down and shoving it under his coat.

Also remember a few Reading supporters coming on the coach afterwards and commending us all for our effort.

Wasn't Overton booted out shortly afterwards for playing Sunday football?
