Loui next? They were impressed with him when we thrashed them at Kingfield. With Forbes and one or two others who could command a bit of dosh, it makes you wonder what their budget is if it has been cut by 25%.
This makes it even more important that we announce some decent signings in the next few days.
Dack was always going to target Hurrell - let's face it he can't target many more of the Wings players he knew because they are nearly all on contract or have left!

Official site suggested he had agreed a deal in principal for next season. Let's hope none of the others on that list do the same, can only see that Jack has signed for next season.

Bertie, As far as published information goes I believe the only confirmed contracted player is Jack Parkinson though presumably Jamie (who IMHO last season proved to be as influential as he was when at PVR the first time around) intends to continue playing. We have Tommy Whitnell who has agreed non contract terms and 5 (formerly 6) players who have agreed in principle but there has been no announcement to my knowledge that they have actually put pen to paper.
I have absolutely no reason to believe that Charlie, Graeme, Lee, Loui, or Jack O will not sign but until it is announced that they have done so there can be no certainty.

Worrying. But clubs like Woking will be put off trying to get players like Graeme because, I think, he is under 24 and would command a fee/compensation - money which I don't think the Kingfield outfit can afford to splash.

I thought Sam was 24 or older. Don't know whether he was offered less than last year. Jamie is no fool, I am sure he would have offered slightly more than last season if Sam was at a Bosman compensation age. I suspect Jamie is holding fire on announcements because he has got quite a few signings in the pipeline. And I bet some of those are promising youngsters from clubs in leagues lower than us who were watched last season.

You will get this but dack is a total (*** and he can have that to his face.
I would be more than happy if we had
Charlie Parky Andrews Clarkey Daisy Steller
And then Jamie brought in the rest. All this agreeing a deal in principle, Jamie will learn that you need to get them to sign or it just gives them extra time to be tapped up. NOT Jamies fault if he took a players word but in future get them to sign ASAP.
Good Luck Sam but not against us, just a shame you look a bit of a toby by aggreeing to terms then pissing off, No need to mess the Club, Manager or fans around.

Im assuming Hurrell lives that way having been at Chelsea at a young age. Surprised he was discussing terms with Jamie on the 27th and then signed for Woking according to them on the 27th, he must have literally left PVR and driven straight to Woking !! Maybe they are being premature, who knows.
If you have got him then you have someone with real potential and Forbes will be rubbing his hands already. Forbes to be top-scorer in the division must be worth a bet ...
I think Forbes is injury prone so Woking have taken a bit of a gamble. As for Hurrell on his day he was very good but not consistent. A confidence player so the highly expectant Woking crowd will have to be patient.

Does anyone know what the timeframe for Sam to sign ?
He has confirmed to Jamie Day that he will sign for Woking, purely for travel reasons, and Jamie has accepted the fact and is now 'casting his net' elsewhere.
