My dear JgFc, You sit there in your lounge and have the front to call it 'FUN'.
For those who you who were not involved in last season's 'Fantasy Wing's', let me tell you what lays ahead of you if you choose to join.
Saturday. The match has finished and you rush home to check on how the competition has done. As per usual I've moved further away from my opponents.
Sunday. Up at the crack of dawn waiting by the front door for the Non League football paper to be delivered. An indepth read of yet another fantastic performance and then onto the write up of the next team we're due to play.
Monday. Ring the club and find out if we've sustained any injuries.
Tuesday. Onto the forum of our next challengers and get a feel for their team and who may be a threat.
Wednesday. Contact Michael Fish at the Met Office and get the accurate forecast for the time of the next KO. Luckily he says it may be a trifle windy.
Thursday. It's off to the training ground and see for yourself how the players are performing.
Friday. Take Daisey out for a meal and get it first hand who's playing.
Saturday. With the predicted result in hand, posting it at the eleventh hour so that no one copies you.
Fun in deed, it's a matter of life and death.
