I think I'd do a better job on £6 a year.

Flabbyold Crapello isn't up to it. I don't like the idea of foreign managers and never have. To them it's just another job. They have no passion for it.

Look at how well Spurs have done this year after reverting back to the good old English ways. No director of football or senior coach. Good old fashioned English Management.

I think Dogkilla is right - I don't see Lampard being dropped. I am afraid to say that the worst player on the pitch was Rooney. I would drop him and play Couch and Defoe- or Couch and Gerrard up front. Rooney finished the season poorly after his injury at Man U and their need to rush him back. His touch last night was shocking and his behaviour at the end was worst. He may be better coming off the bench.

I honestly believe that if Capello quit right now and Pearce took over we would have a chance of making the quarter finals and maybe the semis, but with Gippo the Clown in charge, England might as well go home now.

They may not be World class but more England players would get into the Algeria team than Algerians would into England therefore we were entitled to expect more. One of them cannot even get into the Wolves starting line up!

Capello is crap - this is the same Capello that was the dog's wotsits only a couple of weeks ago?? Press can't get info from their "moles" anymore so they make it up and discredit the manager..........DISGUSTING

Drop Rooney. Great idea - the one true world class player we have and we want to drop him because he said some nasty thing to the naughty cameraman. I don't condone what he said but it was heat of the moment stuff and he is one England player that does actually look like he cares.

Change the formation. The same formation that got us 9 wins from 10 in qualifying and made us one of the highest scoring European qualifiers. Personally I don't llike the system and too many square pegs in round holes but that is up to the manager.

The team is poor. The performance was atrocious. I don't understand why they look so scared/frightened and can't do even the basic things correctly. I don't have the answers but people who can't get in their club side (Heskey, SWP) should not be anywhere near an England squad let alone the first XI.

I still think we could make the semis in South Africa.............
