Players need to get used to the kit or when it comes to the league games they wont be used to finding red shirts.

Its the little things that make the big things possible. If the home teams wear red then ask them to switch like we did for Arsenal and Charlton.

We need to get minutes in the red kit into the players so they are familiar to looking for their team mates in red.

I really don't think it matters.
I played football last weekend with my workmates and even though we had mixed kits no one had any trouble picking their team mates out.

Fair Enough, just thought it must help to some degree if they had a few games in the kit they will be wearing.

And because I can't resist a dig and Premier League teams.......Man United and Chelsea both bring out about 6 kits a year and they seem to pick each other out ok!

And what about that match that Man U played against Southampton, when they wore grey tops, and Ferguson complained that the players couldn't see each other against the crowd, then they went on to lose 6-2 :D

I agree with Tom. The new players could do with getting used to each other in home colours. I do think things like this can make a difference.

God forbid some of the players don't have their hair cut before the season, because we'll never know who they are.

Yeah tell me about it. Team line ups at the start of matches are starting to look like dole queues :D
