We are pleased to confirm that the Clubs solicitors, Leathes Prior, have confirmed to us that the winding up petition presented against the Club by HM Revenue and Customs, which was heard in the High Court of Justice today, has been adjourned for a total of 14 weeks in order to give the Club extra time in which to settle the remaining debt due to HM Revenue and Customs.
The Club will continue to pursue all avenues to raise the necessary finance to settle the petition debt within this timescale which will ensure the survival of the Club.
