I know the match is by no means over yet, and there's still plenty of time for us to 'do a Welling' and concede late goals, but I'm am so proud of the team this season. With everything that's been going on, they're playing as a team, never giving up and battling for the full 90 minutes. If only we could get this embargo lifted, we might avoid the injuries to these players that will inevitably happen with our ever-decreasing player availability.
Their keeper made two incredible saves and then Charlie made a superb save at 2-1 . They werent in it till injury time we could have scored 6. We had a full bench too. Didnt see Loick there today. Saw Clarkey. Pughs goal was special.

Will have some highlights of sorts later but the filming spot was taken up by the radio who had 2 flight cases there for some reason when all they were using was a laptop. where i was told to film from and there were no other places to move the flight cases. Got the goals and the important bits.
We tired a bit and got slack late on but were deserved winners. 2-2 would have been an injustice. Great turn out from wings today who sang most of the game and were superb. it could have been 4-5 nil at half time. Another iffy ref who gave what the crowd or player wanted. Coyle booked for kicking ball away then sent off for a challenge.

Could be wrong but I thought I saw Loick in the stand close to where Barrie H was sitting. Can understand why they made their keeper MOM great saves as you said. also agree about Charlies saves. For a change thought the ref had a good game and couldn't complain about linos either. Crowd of 314 declared and I felt at least 80 Welling supporters.
Pires was indeed there and Danson spoke to him and he is saying that he is desperate to play....he is fed up with being club mascot......a really nice guy who is up for the cause!!!
Hes a big bugger to be a mascot haha, He does seem a top bloke, lets hope things go our way on Thursday and we can unleish Loick and Clarkey. Woking fan says its a great time to play Welling as they have a load of problems......
Indeed as the 1 loss shows, Welling are an easy opponent and struggling to pick up points NOT.

Coyles red was a 50/50 both in air ball in the middle their 9 went down as if he was hit by a sniper and threw in a few rolls for good measure and the ref fell for the baying crowd.
Ive watched it and it was debateable and was it really necessary with about 30 seconds left of stoppage time? but after the silly yellow for kicking it away he gave the ref the chance to send him off.
The ref let elbow on pugh go and a couple of worse challenges from Staines go without punishment.
Highlights should be up in an hour.

The support today was outrageously good. Lets do the same next Saturday as we have W*king at home and Mr Forrester as Ref. We are due getting some decisions from him and W*king will be in large numbers and loud.
