I'm assuming that there must be a huge amount of wage difference between what we are paying our new keeper and what we paid Charlie. I am also assuming that he is also non contract?

Dont forget that Crackers and Billings went aswell although is billings onloan.

I think we had to get the wage bill down and those on non contract had to go. Think Charlie was just unlucky that he was one on non contract.

Well if you have say 7 on non contract and teh wage bill has to come down to be on budget. Then its natural that some of those on higher money non contract would go?
