loick pounced when pughs shot came of post. Pugh is sensational today. Stewie had one save to make point blank just before ht. We the better team. They not bad but cry to ref a lot. Ht basingstoke 0 wings 1

Was with 3 dartford fans on train back from london, naturally i told them they were crap they said so are welling and welling cant win the league all the time they have holes in the arses... i said yep as the results show.

They actually think they are a good team.

What needs to be said is Gareth made two vital saves today.
Hes proving hes a very handy keeper and his distribution gets us going too.

Unless the club resolve their difficulties by Dec 1st your nemesis will be proved right - however if the team carries on playing and winning the way they have been, why can't the BSS title come to Park View Road.

If it wasn't for the five point deduction - 2nd place only on goal difference

The players, staff and JD are really putting some pro clubs to shame.

Yep Credit where credit is due Stewart had a greta game today made a stunning save and commnaded the area well. He is starting to prove my early doubts wrong. Well done Gareth and well done lads brilliant peromance especially first half.

Watch the first goal for us. Pires starts the move in our own half, look at the distance he travels to be the first to snap up the rebound, started and finsihed the move, class.

Yes, I heard them singing at the ref at the end of the match and wasn't sure what the ref had done to deserve that.  Did I miss something in the highlights?  Didn't look like any poor decisions in that 11 minute snippet.

They didn't seem to think it was a penalty. Looked pretty clear cut decision for the ref to me. I think their players were aggravated as they had dominated the second half, just equalised and then Parkinson scored a screamer for us. It knocked the stuffing out of them and they proceeded to kick us all over the park. Gray was losing it on the touchline and it fed down to his charges.

We were a bit fortunate today as Basingstoke were the better team in the second half. Our defence went to pot especially Coyle who was getting pulled out of position all the time. However we had loads of chances in the first half and should have buried them. Only a matter of time before Pughie gets a loads of goals. He is working so hard. Poor old Pires looked out of steam in the second half. He hardly won anything in the air after causing all kinds of havoc in the first half. Because we don't have a target man on the bench I think we couldn't take him off but he was a bit of a passenger.

After watching the highlights, I am concerned about our defence too. It appears after watching the game that too many holes are left for the oppos to get in. We need to tighten up a bit.  As for our forwards, no probs - we will ger loads in future games.

ONE.....I dont know what they were moaning about as they could have had 2 sent off!!! and indeed SHOULD have had 2 sent off

TWO....I dont worry about our defence while we are scoring 3 a game and yes Pughy will get 3 or 4 in one game soon

We conceded 2 goals in last 3 games 2 of those ave been away. Yesterday they didnt trouble us in 1st half and they came down there left a lot in 2nd but evey team has a spell. Good thing is when we have ours we take our chances.

Defence is fine, Andrews unsung hero, Stella sensational, Parky back and we have Champ and Osa on the bench. Coyle is taking one for the team a lot because we have Luis on the right in an attacking role, He does try and come back when he can to protect Jamie but hes one of the reasons we are scoring goals because of his work rate at the other end. We just have to be a bit more cute sometimes

I cannot wait for Pughie to score because his play this season could have seen him been on 10-15 already.

Too right - I know the forwards are getting al the praise and understandably so - but Andrews has been my player of the season so far - rarely makes a mistake.
