Daisy has hinted at resting some players and also that Pughie may not start due to a knock.

If anyone gets any updates stick them up in the thread.

Not much resting of players today. Perhaps we'll make subs at half time if we're winning.
Line up is Stewart, Coyle, Obersteller, Day, Andrews, Parkinson, Fazakerley, Clarke, Pires, Cumbers, Healy.

Subs are Johnson, Acheampong, Obamwonyi.

We don't really have a squad big enough to rotate, and anyway, this cup is probably the next best thing to an FA cup run.

Still 0-0. Giving the ball away too much but generally on top. Loui's our biggest attacking threat so far; Coyle's not had the best start.

guess what,Tom ... davison has managed to manufacture technical difficulties beyond his control, so the commentary has been switched to dover v woking. reckon it's all your fault, though .... for consistently harranging and insulting davison .... what do you think?

Tonbridge starting to attack a bit more and our defence is not playing at all well. Stewart just tipped one over.

Pires just missed a sitter. Let's hope we don't pay for that.

Full time one nil. We had more possession and chances, so a fair result. We were poor, though, and fortunate that the opposition weren't of a better quality to punish us.

will upload goal sadly someone stood up when loick missed the sitter. Might add very very brief highlights but it was only tonbridge and the guy that sat infront by choice who stood up means i wont be editing full highlights as theres a head in the picture jumping around. Video up around 11 i would think.

To be fair, I thought they weren't a bad side. They just didn't have a decent striker, just a big carthorse up front who didn't make one fair challenge for the ball.

And the 4 and 6 are cryers and whinging ****s and the 3 is just a fouler and their keeper called the ref a W*****r 1 yard away and the ref did nothing. The 6 Gooding?? gave the ref mouth for 90 mins.

They started sticking the tackles in early and carried on doing it. We stepped up a gear and got the winner. Job done 4k in the bank next round here we come. If we played them 42 times a season they would win 3 or 4 dont forget we werent that great today or for the last two games. At our best and with Pugh we would have put ten past them

Still think Jamie Coyle is an excellent center half and we could play that way. Maybe we will go 3 center halfs and Wingbacks when Sammy is back? Or play Coylie in the middle? I do feel hes doing us a favour playing full back as we are embargoed he would lose nothing in the air playing center half, but its good we have 4 center halfs at the club, 5 if you count Sammy who can play full back, center half or midfield.

Andrews played better today after a couple of games where he looked a bit below par. Good to see, he is a great player and normally ultra consistent. I like our keeper makes some good saves and is a talker and has a brain.

Dont worry it wasnt one of the people i talk to that was standing up and head bobbing. Just really ****ed me off a whole row to sit in and sat infront of the camera which was on and filming then stood up when we had chances.

Can the investors put a gantry up ta :)

Wasn't a great game . I actually thought we defended very well, they had alot of the ball in 2nd half and we stayed strong and saw the game through. A wins a win and on to a tough game next week with a win under ourselfs.

Tend to agree with Alan, thought Tonbridge gave us a game today and certainly on a par with some teams I have seen this season.

We were poor today, produced liitle, three highlights were Cumbers goal which he took well, Stewarts save which probably kept us in the round and whether Pires's miss is a highlight I dont know but it will stick in my memory for a while. Twelve notes, including to sit down to watch a performance which frankly was rubbish

Barrie said today its still all ongoing, which he thought would be tied up this week. Daisie has done a great job to get us where we are on a difficult situation and a dip in form at the moment which needs to be turned around. With a bit of rest and a fully fit Pughie hopefully this will improve.

Our whole situation at the moment was summed up by the announcer about two tracks before the start of the game which will be with me for a long time.I dont know if he understands the irony in what he played

We didnt create many clear chances but created more than them, we defended well, Gareth dealt with any long shots well.

They didnt cause us many problems and were very lightweight up front. We put some effort in and we stepped it up a bit and did enough. All that matters is we are through and theres 4k coming to the club.

I wasnt impressed with Tonbridge, huff and puff and nothing up front.
