I don't feel it's ever good for a club at this level to be wound up.  Some businesses might say that Welling's behaviour has been appalling for not paying our bills to them.  It's sad that several clubs at our level are really in the mire and, with Ilkeston already gone, I really help that no one else goes under.

maybe but the London Gazzette says the the petition was presented on 18th October whereas Stortford only say they paid an installment  in November so it looks like they were late in paying
