Cant believe this, listenting to Radio Kent to get updates on the game. Just read Chelwings post and after last weeks land of make believe before the game-they have just played Johhny Matthis, Too much too little too late.
Strange game - couldn't see us getting anything 1st half - we were poor. Got the penalty at beginning of second half. Then it was all us until they sneaked a goal against the run of play which seemed to knock the stuffing out of us. Again couldn't see us getting anything until we got a free kick in the 90th minute and Jamie put it away from just outside the box
Pugh on the bench - didn't come on even when we were losing so he must be injured. Parky - went off with about 10 minutes to go and looked injured - hopefully nothing serious.
Parky coming off was our only subsitution. It shows the lack of depth on the bench to bring some-one on to change a game.
More concerning was - another rumour - the players haven't been paid. If this happens for two weeks they are free to walk away from their contracts.

I thought a draw was a fair result. They cleared a couple off the line and Pires didn't have his shotting boots on. Their keeper wasn't great on crosses. When they got their second didn't appear anyway back but credit to the lads they got a point against a high flying team. It was effing cold as well.
We are having a run of bad form so going to farnborough getting a draw against a in form team was a good result. Yes there were rumours going round an when MR HOBBINS SENIOR was talking to us fans i came away somewhat concerned but lets wait and see.
I think we all need to spare a thought for the players. They have been brilliant this season and must have taken the field today with a good idea that things aren't looking good off the field. They don't know whether they will have a club to play for next week and could have just rolled over and lost 6-0. Instead they gained a very creditable draw against a good side and again showed just what a fine squad Jamie has put together. I'm sure that if the club does go under he will not be out of management for long.
