WUFC...thinking of you from afar.

It's been a while since I last posted on here. That's not to say that I don't come on here regularly to keep up to date with things.

It's been nearly 3 years since I left Blighty for the sunnier shores of Queensland, Australia.

Although I didn't make it to every away game like some die-hards, Welling has been in my blood since Runcorn at home in 1991. I loved the 'euphoria' of the ups and downs that go with any football club. Sadly, the downer that is currently clouding PVR makes me really sad. REALLY SAD.

Sad that I'm a million miles away and can't be there or do anything about it. I will shed a tear if I have to wave the Wings goodbye.

On a very slightly more positive note, there is not a better place to live and work in the world right now than Brisbane. BARMY ARMY! Take thoses Ashes back home with you boys! The lads have been staying in the hotel next door to where I work. Nice.
