I have volunteered to coordinate the shirt sponsorship draw, so if anyone needs any information please don't hesitate to contact me.
It's worth pointing out the following for those who weren't at the meeting on Saturday:
- draw tickets are £50+vat each
- the competition is open to businesses and individuals
- as a thank you for taking part in the draw all entrants will be published in the programmed for the day of the draw (Bromley fixture, 28th December 2010) AND free entrance to a reserved seat for themselves and one guest
The Prize
- Company name/logo (or personal name/etc - keep it clean chaps!) will be printed on the home kit and will be worn for all 13 home games after the Bromley game
- Winner will be named in the programme and on the website as the club's main sponsor
- 4 tickets to each home match, entitling access to the Executive Lounge where you will receive refreshments and a matchday programme
We need to sell a minimum of 100 tickets (maximum of 240), so lets get behind our club!
Please contact me for further information/application forms.
Nicole you might generate more sales if you accept paypal and have a link on here and the official site for people to pay.
Exiles and business people can then enter without having to chase up info.
When they pay they just select Personal payment and the whole £50 +VAT is received by Welling United.
Anyone who uses ebay etc can use their paypal account to receive payments, all you do is set up a new email address in paypal for that account, you dont have to create a new account from scratch.

More questions ... why a maximum of 240 entrants ?? and also, the winner if an individual should get a signed shirt with his name on the front of it as sponsor, or a photo in the board room or some similar benefit.
Further to earlier posts, I now have access to the following email: marketing@wellingunited.com
In the interest of efficiency (it's the 'New Dawn' of WUFC don't forget!), it would be handy if anyone requiring entry forms could email me at that address.
