If, and it is still an if but its looking more positive, we survive on the 15th, can I suggest the club hold a Xmas Party or similar for all of the fans to celebrate our greatest result of the season.

Im sure everyone that has contributed time and money would love the opportunity to celebrate, and to spend some time with the other fans, have a drink, share an idea and enjoy Xmas and the New Year.

Is there a night the bar is free anyone ??

Great idea, would be good if the manager, coaches and players were invited too so people could thank them and chill out and celebrate, could create a nice boost for all to kick on after xmas.

Minimal entry free, make the money over the bar, open Exec Lounge and Bar so can hold 150plus

Having a bottle bar upstairs and in the club bar, would be essential if over 100 people turn up!

If you want music for a party night contact Simon Wright (Bruno has his details).  He did a great job for the disco night and I'm sure he'd do it as long as it's a night when he's not already booked.  We would have to pay his fee this time but with a big attendance it probably wouldn't have to be much more than £1 or  £2 per person.

If both upstairs and downstairs were used you could have a music bar and a         quiet(ish) bar which should suit everyone.

I spoke to Simon Wright this morning and unfortunately he's not in a position to take any further bookings this month.  However if it is decided to hold the party in the New Year he would happily do it if an appropriate date can be found.
