I am going to try and get a general feel of what improvements the fans would like to see.
I would ask for a reply to a hyperthetical question: Other than a new squad. if money was no object what would you spend it on to improve the club?
Once I can get a general overview - I will put general list together and hand over on Saturday. and the supporters group can use it as a starting point to discuss and develop a proper action plan.

New park end terrace. Toilets outside the clubhouse need sorting out. New fencing for both ends of the ground. The public bar needs a serious redesign. Need new turnstiles before the old ones fall apart. A full time person working for the club that can liase with local businesses and bring in lots of much needed revenue. We also need a full time community officer/person that can spread the word of Welling United far and wide, and let people know we exist!
