Just £12,111.75 left. We'll make it easily! Just want to say thank you to the fans lending the club money :)

People who care about Welling United, are determined it won't be wound up and can afford to donate.

I think that is totally unbelievable and a total credit to the supporters of this club. I am not sure that many other clubs could have done this.

I predicted 10k - what an idiot I look - and I am happy to admit it.

Other clubs that have gone into CVA with bigger crowds, i wont say fan base as i am convinced our crowds can become 4 figures within 12 months. CONVINCED, always have been, if the club's reputation improves and people can see change then they will support the club.

Is my memory faulty or were crowds bigger back in the 80's than they are now?

I am only a new boy but I was told in Conference days a crowd of 1500 used to go to PVR.
