It would be more sensible to have it before a home game as those not doing a weekender will still want to be setting off early so will not spend as much over the bar.
I understand that this is not a confirmed date and I would recommend looking at alternative possibilities.
As I said and Danson has reiterated the date was provisional. It had been intended that it would replace the Darts Night which has been postponed but Jamie and his Crew were unavailable so it seems likely that it will not now be held until later in the year.
