There could be a budding Commerical Manager reading this forum, but if we arent told if there is a vacancy then they could miss out ... and so would the club.
Hands up those who aren't surprised that the club has missed anotehr deadline about getting the new consititution out. Their own statement:
The club can confirm that the New Constitution it is committed to forming should be at the final proposal stage by the end of this month. Our professional advisers are undertaking a "route and branch" review of the Club's legal structure and financial position, and it is not possible to finalise any new constitution - let alone hold a full meeting with the relevant individuals - until we are in a position to give full and accurate disclosure of the current status.
What happened to the 'by the end of the month' deadline for the new consitition?? Surely lenders should be updated soon even if a full business plan isn't finalised. COYW
The meeting tomorrow is the WUSA and the club won't be there to explain themselves. It is about how the WUSA can look to influence the club but we can not expect them to have the answers which only the owners have.
The WUSA also do not represent the 42 (or is it 41 now) - they are still totally in the dark about the arrangements for electing their rep and generally what is happening. It has been said that we have moved from having hostile creditors (HRMC) to friendly creditors (the 42)- if you treat them with disrespect, as it feels at the moment, then that could quickly change.
This thread started by asking about our commercial manager, lets ask the question tommorow at the meeting, do we have one? and who is he? and if there is such a person how can we help him?
As has been said already tomorrow is a WUSA meeting not a meeting with the Hobbins though I'm sure that they will be around the ground before, during and after tomorrows match so anyone wanting the answer to the question can ask them face to face.

There were questions about the running of the club at the last meeting which Matt deflected very well. I think people are still getting their heads around what WUSA is and understanding that it is seperate from the club.

It will come with time
In my opinion, the club will never let the WUSA get anywhere near being part of running the club. It is my firm belief that now the constitution date has been and gone, the present regime will continue to carry on as per normal and bury their heads in the sand. I have no doubt that the Hobbins are passionate about the club, but passion has cost us dearly. We have been deducted 5 points and it is not uncommon knowledge the reason why. We need new investors for the club to survive and by the looks of it, the two ( now one ? ) commercial managers haven't succeeded. Why is that you might ask? It might be that the local business's wouldn't touch the club with a barge pole as long as the present incumbents still reign. The club needs a new start with new owners, that is the only way forward. I feel sorry for the brilliant work carried out by so many people to save our club, especially the 42 (41) supporters that paid out their hard earned cash. I hope that I am wrong, but ....................
