In view of the club's statement that agreement of a payment schedule for the arrears has finally been agreed with HMRC, does this mean that the embargo can at last be lifted?  If not, what exactly does the club need to do to have this done?

Seeing as the conference have said we need to have an agreement in writing of a payment plan , it should come off. Lets hope it does and Jamie can bring in a few dual registration/freebie loans just to give the players a lift and rest if they need one.

This could work well for us with a budget cut ... let some higher earners leave and then bring in some loan replacements or "work experience players" on minimal money, but still decent standard because they are being given to us by league clubs ... ie. Jenkinson from recent times ... decent player that cost us about £50 a week.
