The Conference has introduced a new system this season for the 68 clubs in its Premier, North and South divisions, to help them keep on top of their debts. In a system developed with the FA, the clubs will report to the Conference every quarter on what they owe HMRC, and are required to show after two months that they have paid their tax in full, or have a written agreement scheduling the payments. Again, the system has teeth - if a club fails to pay its tax, the Conference will impose a transfer embargo.

That seems to be what we have done now so as the club has done all it can then we need the conference to do its part.
The club and especially its supporters have performed miracles to be where we are. It is a kick in the teeth after all the hard work of everyone plus people putting their own money into the club, for the Conference to allow us to have no subs on the bench and to have to have special permission to play an academy player to make the 11.
Now we seem to have done everything and agreed to develop a new constitution, involving supporters, it would be nice to see the conference get behind and support us rather than hinder our progess.
