Gibson appeals over 10 point and 7.5k fine citing its "Purely Administrative"

Seeing as the conference are shagging us with the embargo and moving goalposts based on what theyve said in the press about HMRC payment plans .... I would LOVE IT just LOVE IT if the FA overturned St Albans punishment and we said to Dan Chapman ... go after teh conference to get our 5 points back...

We wouldnt have a whole lot to lose would we, we just need to time it right to really balls up the conferences end of season play offs, if we need the points back.

Injunctions and all that.

They could have picked a better photo of Gibson, he looks like a zombie in the one they chose :D Anyway, i hope St Albans get away with it, then we can get our 5 points back.

That would REALLY pisss off Strudwick, if we took an injunction out on the play offs taking place. We owe him nothing, Weve got a payment plan, paid up 2011 and have played under embargo all season, Time to be fair and lift the embargo. To make us play with no subs is just completely wrong. Bearing in mind they are screwing us, if we have to lets screw them. They wont play ball with us.

I think Gibson is mad to appeal - they're more likely to have their punishment increased I would think. I think they're bang to rights and haven't a hope in hell of getting a reduced penalty.
A guy I work with is a Saints fan and he also thinks an appeal is more likely to lead to an increased punishment. Saints fans are having it pretty rough at the moment; at least we have some decent players, despite all our other problems.

St Albans' penalty was imposed by the FA, Welling's by the Conference.

Forgive my ignorance, but aren't the Conference administered by the FA?
