I am researching a book on former Millwall players and am looking to track down John, does anybody know of his whereabouts or have any other info about him post football.

I have heard he might be living in Bristol and working in insurance but dont know for sure, any info would be gratefully recieved.

I never knew God live in Bristol.

Last I heard was West Country but that was some time ago. If you do find him please let us know because I would love to see him at PVR and buy him a pint....or six

Even his old mates from Bexley Grammar don't know where he is. At one point he was believed to be living somewhere around Westward Ho! but I don't know where that came from.

If you do track him down, make sure he sees this;

If only more people knew about his record.

Thanks so much for the compilation on the 85/86 season.Superb.

I was at almost every game that season home and away I think.I was also at most the few years before that.I seem to remember at the KSC final at Priestfield we got given the sh*tty away end with no roof !I remember being on top of the world when we completed the double and then 5 minutes later sat on the terrace booing like a baby as my beloved Ipswich Town had just been relegated from the old first division for the first time in about 20 years.

Any idea what happened to some of the regulars from those days ?Dave Fitchett, Al Starkey, Dave Wagner, Malcom ??

Anyway, thanks again for bringing back some great memories !

Cheers.

Dave Fitchett is still a season ticket holder, Wagner is at Welling when he can, although now living and supporting teams in Devon
