We must hope Jamie can pull a few hidden gems out the bag. Woking have really shown there intent today with some impressive signings, Dover have also bought well although I really don't rate there manager so I see Woking as a bigger threat. Im Delighted that the majority of the squad ahs stayed loyal as its a very very good team but I fear other teams are getting stronger and we maybe left behind some what. Time will tell but I have faith in Daisy and the sqaud.

Hang on all have gone gung ho and those players will be under pressure to gel and to perform. How much pressure is on those Managers when chairmen start splashing cash and budgets go up?
Weve proved we can get in the play offs with our team and they will improve too, Daisy will bring in a few, but please dont fear clubs going gung ho and getting all fist pumpy in the press.
No pressure on us at all, reduced budget, cutting cloth, need to find a few youngsters... so let Daisy find a couple of players and then use the reserves/academy and trialists or loans to add some depth without risking going over budget and lets just do our thing.
There isnt one team i am scared of for next season.
Chelmos Manager has won nothing and now they raise budget and chairman says they must go up? Hayes has won nothing and now they are trying to get a full team of conference players, he signed players from above last year and they missed out, Hill is spashing the cash... yeah hes done that loads of places and look what happened at Rushden and Weymouth... Eastleigh and Farney gone Full time.
There will be a lot of nervous managers and trigger happy chairmen this year. I wouldnt swap our team for any of theirs. Some of these players going to other clubs ... they are useless, must have good agents, lets them get on with it.
Spills, What has Pennyfather won? or baird? How many clubs Hill managed have gone tits up or got relegated, hayes got "mutually" removed from his post at Wingate...
And you are worried? lol,,, its all testosterone and i think Woking and Chelmo are going shiit or bust, Dover will be fine as the Parmenters have a bit of dosh and they have cup money.
I think you will see Hayes gone inside 2 months though, hes not any good as a manager, records speak for themselves.

The only team i would have been worried about is Braintree, and they got promoted. Not impressed with any of the other teams we will play next season, and i can't see any reason why we won't go up to the conference.
Just because other teams spend lots of money on players doesn't mean those players are good or that the teams that buy those players will do well.
Jamie will perform miracles in the transfer market like he alway does.
In Jamie we trust! :D

I think it's important we keep some perspective as well. If we don't get promoted or even make the play-offs, Jamie's still done a brilliant job to keep the squad together and keep them up the league despite a smaller budget and off the field troubles. Having said that, I do think this squad's good enough to win the league
The clubs who are splashing the cash would have finished lower than us had it not been for the points deduction. We will be better for the experience and team spirit so they had to do something to be competitive.
I think the league will be stronger this season but we will still be one of the teams to fear.
Id lump on each-way in that case ..... Boreham Wood, hahahahahaha.
How are these odds drawn up, we were right on the fringe last season and have held on to almost the same team, to think we would suddenly not be up there is ridiculous.
