I like the way in which Daisy deals with all this. Happy for players to progress up the ladder but putting our club first at the same time.
Whilst Parky and Pires would be big misses for us, part of me is more worried that someone might come sniffing around our manager in the not too distant future......

Jamie's man management skills are TOP DRAW, Welling have had two ends of the spectrum with Andy Ford compared to Jamie
Agree that Jamie will one day be a football league manager
Liking the way, as well, that Jamie's closing the door to all League clubs after this weekend.
Quite right! He's got a team to plan ahead with this season. The League clubs have had more than enough time to sort themselves out in the close season.
Diff class Daisy, hes not taking any **** from league clubs and hes also giving the players a chance and not holding them back... BUT hes showing whos boss. I LOVE the bit saying no more of our players will be on trial anywhere.

I'm sure if someone came in with a really good offer for one of our players, and personal terms were favourable to the player, he would still be allowed to go.
There will be more players available shortly as clubs higher up the pyramid release trialists.
