Trigger if you have any special requests for clothing we will do our very best to get the items in for you. Orders should be written on the back of a £1000.00 cashiers cheque made payable to WUSA booste ye budget.
On an ever so slightly more serious note, I would just like to say "well done my dear Patsy for your continued efforts and I hope you get a fantastic response".
It's not that I'm scared of you or that you've threatened to give me a Chinese burn, but you can put me down to participate.
What happens if it is absolutely chucking it down tomorrow and/or next Saturday? The management and players cannot be expected to sit/stand in the rain for half an hour and Man in a Green Coat's green coat will be satuated.
Hopefully, that will not be the case (I don't look at weather forecasts because they are often wrong) but I was just wondering if it would be postponed.
Irrespective of the weather conditions, can you please confirm the following;
1. The playing staff and management team will have no inappropiate hair styles (short back and sides only). 2. That those being pictured around me are not as handsome as myself which will make me look even more gorgeous. 3. The Man in a green coat will use a top of the range 'pin hole camera'. 4. If possible that the team does not ask for too many autographs from me. 5. That none of the players will applaud me as I walk towards my position. I just want to be treated like any normal VIP.
We have to remember that it's not just about raising money. It's about giving the team the opporunity of having their picture taken with me.

As it is the team's last chance to be pictured with myself, can I just remind them via you, that they all turn up on time for this most momentous of occasions. It is a day that they will all treasure for many a year. To get the best from someone as gracious as me, I would appreciate sitting on something suited for someone of my social standing. Plastic seats may be fine for most, but a throne carved by hand, made from solid English Oak will be more fitting.
Please remind the cameraman to read through my past 'advisory' postings to assist him in capturing me in all my glory. Also that if he is too nervous it could create 'camera-shake' which may affect the sharpness of picture.
Finally, depending upon the outcome, I may bestow both the club and photographer the permission to use the 'Trigger coat of arms', which as you will know is an honour not easily obtained.
Just a heads up to let you know my lad Jake & he's friend Tom will be there for 1pm as you have requested - lets hope the rain holds off for them & the others.
Thank you for arranging this,
Sean (AKA Fat Cabby)

You make an excellent point regarding the photographer being unshockable. However, at least the camera lens would not have to be unshatterable when being aimed in my direction.
