Excellent. Which branch sent out the newsletter?

I hope you don't mind me asking.

Thank you.

I'm thinking about coming along to this and bringing a few mates as a sort of belated get together for my 30th birthday. While I'll be looking forward to sampling some fine ales, will there be alternatives for someone who "doesn't like the taste" of beer?

Stay at home? What do you mean you don't like the taste of beer - there is an ale out there for everyone.

No, no, it's NOT ME who doesn't like beer! I bloody love the stuff! Particularly ale.

It's just that one of my mates who might be coming doesn't like it. Yes, I'm embarrassed to be associated with him, but I'd like to know if there would be an alternative. Though I've just seen the poster that says there will be apple juice, or "cider" as its most commonly known, so I think he'll be ok.

HELLO BEN !!

This point was raised by our "BEER FESTIVAL CHAIRWOMAN" PATSY,

Who in her ultimate wisdom and true to AL MURRAY will be providing "fruit based drinks for the ladies"

In all seriousness we are looking to have the bar open for lesser drinks.

There will be Ciders and a Perry on the day.
