ffs, you can almost predict which matches we'll lose. they usually come away at sides we should definitely beat, and after beating one of the better teams in the league
Results will have to go our way tomorrow if we're to remain top of the league.
This has shades of last season - losing to teams near the bottom, although it sounds as if we deserved more out of the game tonight.
Totally agree - let's hope that this was just a blip in the proceedings towards winning the League. Raise your spirits guys and carry on with your hard work.
we missed about 8 decent chances. How hes played 3 minutes i have no idea when 10 added would have still been too little.
Video interview with Jamie Day to follow between 1215 and 1245... no player interview solely as we had to shoot away to get back, Thanks to Jamie for coming out within 10 mins of the whistle for the interview to allow us to get away.
Match highlights tomorrow i have no idea how i keep these to about 12 minutes.
keep the faith we created enough chances to have gone in 6-1 up so its just a case of putting them away.
Massive thanks to spills, back home at 1045 and never left till just before 10.

Good to create lots of chances, better to get them on target and even better for them to go in.
Thought we applied a bit of pressure last 10 and with a fair ref may have sneaked an equaliser.
Second half - a penalty, our goal, several subs, several injuries requiring treatment, many stoppages, time wasting and that div only adds 3 minutes! crazy
Positives from tonight. We created loads of chances. Thought Parkinson was supurb in midfield and also Healy done well. Lets bounce back saturday
Totally right David. They must be gutted as their passes set up chance after chance. I doubt that there are two better players in midfield in the league at the moment.
Was very confident at half time that we would get something from the game such was our dominance in the first half.
However if you continue to concede penalties (and there was no doubt about either of them) then you are going to struggle. Outside of the penalties they threatened very little yet they go home with the three points. If we play like we did in the first half we have very little to worry about. Cut out the silly errors and we will stay right up there.
Any word on Andy Pugh - assuming he was staken off with some sort of injury??
Yeah he had something at half time and came out late (after treatment) and then came off after 2 or 3 minutes. I too thought Parkinson was very good and Healy performed well again. Poor old Luis is having one of those spells where hes trying his balls off and one needs to go in off his arse. Failing that just smash it as hard as you can. Again Dan Thomas did well for us. Im not sure about the second penalty at all.

Jamie said on the video Interview on Saturday that John Whitehouse will be out for 4 to 6 weeks. Deniz Mehmet got a contract in Turkey so has left the club.

Well, if Bournemouth don't want Thomas cup-tied, and Deniz has gone, that puts us up a certain creek without a paddle. Looks like we are shipping injuries and suspensions too - it makes a cup run (remember those?) a mite remote. And our league form could slip away too if we are forced to put out patched-up sides that lack some cutting quality. Still, this time last year we were wondering whether we would survive!

This is the time to stick together, they just need a bit of love and support. Defence just needs a bit of solidity. As stated we created many chances yesterday... We are still a young team and improving.
Back them to bounceback on Saturday. As for players, keepers etc. Jamie will be aware of things and you can bet he will sort it.

I'm not too worried although your points are valid - we have lost against two teams we "should" have beaten but only on saturday we thumped a team that will finish top half of the table 4-0
football fans in general seem to hit the panic button after one loss but we will be fine in the coming weeks
I was a bit surprised that Faz was taken off to make way for Andy S. I would have thought that we could have pushed Faz further forward and take off Attwood who was not having a very effective game last night. I hope Faz hasn't got a knock. He had the beating of their left back.
