What does the FA Cup mean to today's players? Not just ours but all over. The 'Budweiser' cup has constantly been de-valued by the FA, managers, players and TV for many years. Today was a genuine lifeline for debts but should have been all about the cup run as seen on recent videos.
Gutted
If they want to make it up to us, they can start by smashing Dover and really tonking Bromley at home in the league. Two stupid penalties (time we had a few, though). Bromley were wiped off the face of the earth first half, and we should have taken our chances to have been at least 3 - 0 up. If we had kept 11 men on the pitch we could have got at least a replay. Still, on the bright side, our competitors at the top of the table are now all involved in the Cup - more matches, more injuries.
