http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12876_7236846,00.html I'm not surprised hes really applied himself despite deciding to stay on at Welling, he hasnt rushed into a move and i thing long term that will benefit him. If he continues to play as he has done (bar a couple of iffy halfs, which he remedied in the second half both times) then hes going to get a fairly big move to Championship or League one minimum. I feel the fee will be more than the sums discussed previously as hes improved especially in midfield, he can play 2 positions well and has shown he has great character plus hes skipper. Decent 5 figure fee 20-50k, sell on and first team friendly i would think now the interest seems to be hotting up again based on his performances for us this season. Proof that get your head down, play well then people are looking. Keep it up Jack. Great news for Jack and the club if we can get a reasonable fee for him. Think one of the stumbling blocks last time was his coaching role and provided this can be overcome it looks like he is on his way sometime soon. Agree with JGFC re above and think that Loick adn also Pughie will start attracting attention __________________

I just think that with him kicking on this season and with clubs watching him he is no longer in the take a chance at a cheap punt bracket. You dont need to demand silly money but theres the other way of thinking lets not get bent over the dug out here and royally spanked. Hes clearly one of the hottest prospects and sky sports comparing him to smalling has just added money on to his price, its the modern world. Our club isnt as naive as some people think. I would guess he will go to a southern Championship club for a decent fee and a frienly and good sellon and loaned back for the rest of the season... we shall see. Jack isnt a gamble for any club, hes young and has a big future. Id be extremely ******* off if he went for less than 30k ish with all the add ons now and think he could go for more but you cant hold him to ransom and if someone offers a fair amount and jack wants to go then he should get his wish and our blessings, but until then.... Yeah 30k plus sounds good to me. Good that clubs are watching us as a team means were doing somthing right. Im sure Jack wont get carried away at all and hopefully we can get back to the top were we want to be. __________________
