Jamie commented on a recent video that he felt the expectation has rissen, This expectation is obviously putting pressure on where we just expect us to turn over everyone, last season there wasnt any real expectation and the players just kept winning until the last few games. Maybe the blip is good as its happened early in the season and we got a lot of points quickly so we are in the mix.
We seem to overcome most situations lately so theres a good chance Jamie and the coaches can get them going again. Lets hope we come out on Saturday and get going again.
weve only lost 3 games, hard though yesterdays performance was to take.

We didn't even get into a gear yesterday, its the first defeat where we have showed nothing, at least the other games against Boreham and Dorchester we showed some fight and created chances, there was nothing yesterday. Hopefully we will come back fighting next week.

10 mins 30 of "Highlights" will be up around 7 make your own minds up but om getting pissed off with refs going to town on us for nothing then letting other teams kick sheet out of us and not get booked. I wasnt confident when i saw he was from Surrey, its just to be expected. Hes got no defence though as he let them two foot us time and time again and then clamps down on us for nothing.
Seems to be a horrible pattern emerging with refs. You cant deny it if you look objectionally at the decisions we get week in week out.

I really dont think yesterdays ref could justify the bookings of ours yet constant allowance of two footed tackles from them to go without a caution. I think a ref can and does influence a game. They shouldnt and im still amazed he never booked their guys for 2 far far worse tackles than Joe got done for seconds after one of the Eastleigh two footed tackles. It certainly gave Eastleigh a big advantage. He did seem to get firmer with Eastleigh second half when the damage was done. Which is better than most of the bad ones weve had who carry on being biased for the 90!!
I came away thinking the referee was heavily favouring Eastleigh for the first 20 mins or so and that stifled us. He never stitched us up with dodgy pens or anything but would like to have seen him be more consistent on bad tackles which i felt gave Eastleigh an advantage early in the game.
i dont think he was awful just poor in the first half.

I thought Joe Healy's first yellow was very harsh, especially after the number six had just got away with a shocker. The second yellow was a bit silly but he did get straight up and did not appeal for a penalty.
We were one down at the time however we had not looked likely to score and did not have a shot on target in 90 minutes. Barfool, in their goal, will never have an easier game. I'm not sure that the sending off made any difference to the outcome.
I think we need a couple of enforcers/tough guys to look after our flair players - preferably enforcers skilled in the dark arts of blagging and conning referees, every team bar us in Connie South seem to have such players.
