So the Chairman, a property magnate, is trying to sell A property. Good luck with that in the current climate, fella. Hope you get more offers or at least interested parties than I did recently.
Or they might get an investor. I don't think there's a non-league club in the land who isn't looking for one of those. Even those clubs with investors are always looking for another.
Call me a party pooper, but I don't think their future is particularly bright...
