I note from the match report that the club have agreed a fee for Andy Pugh with an unnamed club (sorry if this has been stated elsewhere on the forum and I haven't noticed.)

Assuming this does go through, I'd like to wish Andy all the best for wherever he goes. He's conducted himself well while he's been with us and I hope he'll return later in his career.

I think its down to Pughie Moo, if he wants the move then he will go, if he weighs it up and thinks a better move can come in for him he could stay, hopefully we will find out soon. I think we all feel a decent league club will come in for him, but its Pughie's choice and whatever he decides i'm sure everyone will back him. Hes been superb on and off the pitch as they all have.

Pugh will be a huge loss if he goes but this could be an opportunity for Cumbers to make the central striker position his own. His work rate has been superb and he has played up top all of his career so lets see if he grabs this opportunity. Just hope Pugh goes to a league club which I believe his talent deserves

And as stated before it HAS to be for the right money......I will be gutted if it is below 25k....we get shafted too often.......we could of course keep him for the season and go to tribunial....maybe but then that would mean standing in his way and i wouldnt want to do that

One may contradict the other there!!!

>>>>I will be gutted if it is below 25k

None of it will go to the playing budget or will be available to use to buy a replacement while the club has debts to pay so it's there business what they are prepared to accept. None of us know what the club may need urgently. As far as the manager is concerned I would expect it would only be his wages that will become available for 'wheeling and dealing'.

Not what ive heard Mark but you may know more than me. Daisy said in his interview he hopes to bring in a couple of players if Pugh goes and possibly get a "little bit more" than pughs wages to use.
