Any predictions from you about tonight's games (that matter)?

I personally can't see Dorchester getting anything at Woking as they look as if they might have a distinctly weakened line-up, but Maidenhead is not an easy fixture at the best of times, and they may nick a point from the Darts.

Either way, let's hope it's two (for joy) results for the Wings tonight.

Oh Sherpa I thought Magpie Tuesday was going to be a thread about Jenny Handley and Susan Stranks. Then I remembered you are far to young to understand what I am going on about.smile

My dear Sherpa49

This evening is going to be an interesting night indeed, I'm sure that there will be many of us that will have an ear strapped to a gramophone waiting for any news from these two matches.

With my vastly superior footballing brain I am confident that Woking will struggle against the Magpies. There is a lot of pressure on Woking to win, especially since they were so far ahead of the pack. Dorchester now have a team that is becoming settled and are gradually moving up the table. They are starting to take their chances and are scoring if they're in the mood. A draw at best for Woking.

Maidenhead will I'm sure beat Dartford. The Darts are exceeding everyone in football's  expectation but can I just remind you of this? Maidenhead have adopted a formation across their midfield that will I believe hold up well to the Dartford attack. This will be a bruiser of a game and the home team will win by the single goal.

Scores are ok for us at half time:

Maidenhead 1-1 Dartford

Hampton & Richmond 2-1 Dover

Woking 1-0 Dorchester

Maidenhead down to 10 for more than a half and Dartford only get a point. Good result for us, will be even better if we keep up our superb record against Woking recently.

Shows how difficult it is to beat teams at the other end of the table
