He hadnt really trained much semi pro or played mens football before he played at staines, will take building up mentally and physically. Jamie and the coaches know they have a good one (Against Kingstonian he showed that , then stepped up against Staines). The fact theyve kept him in the squad tells you they have faith in him but will not rush him.
It will keep Ryan hungry too, We need to not expect him to score all the time aswell, just go mad when he does haha.

Having claimed a steady place on the bench for recent first team games Ryan Flack scored twice for the U18's in the quarter finals of the Kent County Cup against Lordswood. Ryan continued his excellent goalscoring form from U18 to first team.
Ryan was handed an opportunity against Staines in which he made the most of the 20 minutes or so of playing. Since then he has rightly so been picked by Jamie as a player that could come off the bench if needed. To have scored two goals on his debut was nice but a hat-trick would have been better. I think the thing that has stalled his progress is having his name sown into his strange coloured boots. And I'm not sure if I saw the words "left & right" sown on them too.
I hope they bring their mums, dads, friends etc etc and they all bring their friends. The atmosphere against Kingstonian from Ryan's mob was excellent.

He had family and friends at the last home match when he was on the bench. Maybe some cheap tickets could be made available to Bexley Grammar School 6th Form College. Someone might come along, enjoy the day, and want to come back!!
