On Saturday 12th May there's a testimonial match at Margate FC for long-serving defender Bill Edwards and a whole host of ex-Margate players are expected to play.

Several of them also played for Welling including Leon Braithwaite, Adrian Clarke, Phil Handford and Dean Standen.

The Margate side will be up against an ex professionals team who'll feature plenty of well-known names to Kent football fans.

Match kicks off at 3.00 pm.
