maybe no highlights from us of the game but Dartford will be up for all to watch but will be interviews in next day or so.
Dartford will be ok next year Burman and his coaches get them playing in a solid way and they won the game with a great goal without looking any better than us. They will add a few players and survive.
I'd like to think our club and fans will continue to show the class weve shown in the build up and the game and after it.

Totally agree with you Andrew. I said to Barry in the week (in front of witnesses) if we lost today we would go on to win the league next season. I stand by what I said, if Jamie can keep the backbone of his squad I see no reason why we cannot do a Newport and sew the league up as early as possible. Just hope we can maintain the fantastic support we have given the team this year. I think this squad will be in the running as candidates for future legends evenings in a few years time.

I think Dartford will be fine next season. Hopefully, our players will have seen them celebrate and feel 'I want some of that' and will realise that their best chance would be to stay together in a team with a few minor tweaks.
They have been superb this season and will be better still next time around if they take the experiences onwards.
I think we all agree with you Andrew and IF we can keep the majority of the squad with Woking and Dartford gone we can be challenging next season and will have learned a bit.

The Gimp is either a troll or just an appalling 'fan' - I'm yet to see a post from you that doesn't make me wonder.... Of course we wanted to go up!
As for Dartford, they've got the resources to spend big in the summer - so I don't think there's any danger of them being relegated next season, especially if they keep their goalkeeper who, if the 3 games against us this season are anything to go by, deserves to be playing at a higher level. He comes and claims absolutely everything in the box.
On a side note, if anyone happens to have picked up my larynx from the Ponces Park terraces, can you please return it to me. We outsang the home fans all game and made ourselves heard over the tedious "boom boom boom" emanating from the prat with the drum.
Lots of the players in the Wings bar afterwards were apologising - not necessary. We've had a great season and perhaps this was just one game too many, but they've all done us proud.
Hopefully we can retain the nucleus of the squad, and of course the management team, and push on again next season. COYWs !!!
