Defender signed from Wimbledon seems a decent prospect

Says on Kentish Football he turned down higher leagues for more money to come to Welling.

Another player with good character who wants to progress, his pedigree looks decent. He should fit in really well. Squad shaping up nicely. Just need to get Faz and the midfield sorted and we are ready to go.

More money at Welling than at higher leagues?

Looks like Jamie has pulled another 'rabbit out of the hat'!!

I think you'll find that more money and higher leagues go together Mark.

Jamie's 'rabbit' is persuading players to come to Welling for less money than other club's have offered.

Postal address is DA which means it comes under the Dartford Head Post Office.  It does not constitute what county an address is in. A example of this is Truro.  It is in the county of Cornwall but has a PL postcode. PL means it comes under the admin of the Plymouth Head Post Office, and of course Plymouth is in the county of Devon. Close season blue rule :)

I meant the bit where it says Welling, KENT !!!

The actual official Royal Mail address is Welling United Football Club, Park View Road, WELLING, DA16 1SY taken from the Royal Mail site.

My own address is shown as SE3 xxx with no London so can only think for  Royal Mail county borders do not exist. I am sure the debate will go on for years to come. I agree with a post many moons ago (think it was Alan S) to say Welling is London occupied Kent.

My deepest apologies I was miles away due to being old I meant to say Saltash which is in Cornwall but has a Devon (PL) postcode.
