I know I am not the worlds best at computers but all I can download is a statement from Leith Priors dated July 2011. Although I see from a twitter feed someone is congratulating WUFC on becoming a CIC. Can I assume all has gone through then?
What's the solution kev, this is more transparent, WUSA have representation on the board and share holders have access to accounts. I think that's good isn't it?
I dont know the realistic solution. I can think of a couple but they wont happen. In the meantime this is an improvement agreed, but there are certain things I have read that I think could, potentially, be manipulated, and see perhaps innocent, or hardworking, generous supporters, not get what they deserve.

I hope you are right Matt about the accounts but that is not the way I read it in the statement. It seems that we can see some things but not all.
Representation on the board is obviously very good and not many clubs have achieved that. However we need to be aware that the owners still control 70% of the club (I believe) so it is representation with no real powers. It is progress though. Well done.
I guess what we deserve is the type of football we have been getting with the prospect of a third season to come

So it doesnt't bother you that the club spent beyond its means in the past and treated it's supporters (and, in particular, the lenders that dragged it out of an almighty mess) like s**t over a number of years as long as the product on the pitch is good....?

That is the document. It has been updated but they forgot to change the date. If you read it you can see that it has not been done very well. We are not worth doing a proper job.
