After a flat 20 mins on Saturday before half time we put Bath under a lot of pressure and only a superb save stopped us grabbing the 3 points near the end, so should be looking forward to Monday night at Chelmo. Hopefully Faz will be fit to start and we will have over 100 to cheer the boys on there, even though a night game.

Healy man of match again, insanely good in midfield again, some iffy defending made it a close game we nearly threw it away, chelmo scored late and had a goal disallowed in injury time for offside (it was tight but looks off and our defence looks like they thought it was a goal even though they all stopped), we were much the better team overall and would have been a travesty had we dropped two points. Theyve hardly troubled us until late on when the game was drifting to its conclusion.

Amazing goal from Ross, think Pughy and then add some on. Thats 3 goals in that end in 3 seasons for Cumbers, will they name the ro-ro the Luis Cumbers end now?

Our effort and work rate was superb , got the deserved result but was nailbiting at the end. Well done lads.

Superb performance by the team tonight. Every player ran there backsides off but I have to single out both Scott Kinch, who bossed the midfield and Roscoe Lafayette who held the ball up well, terrorised the Chelmsford defence and scored a contender for goal of the season! Already looking forward to Saturday which will be another tough game but on tonight's showing, we can more than match any team.

Franks got the 3rd, got a touch on the way in from defender but Franks should be credited with it imo.
