IF Farnborugh go pop then Salisbury only lose 3 points, We lose 6. No reason to think they will but with ex managers and people turning up trying to take money from turnstiles to pay debts there alledgedly (see link), and no home games for 3 weeks... Unless Spencer bails them out again this time financially.. its a possibility. Just something to guard against complacency.

Some will be saying sod them but they have fans like us that have dug deep blindly to keep them going, Hopefully if it comes to it Spencer can wangle a CVA which will keep them going (and mean no teams lose points) and they can stay up and in business.

No mercy on the pitch, lets kick on, full steam ahead.

I remember reading somewhere that the removal of points only happens if a team has played less than 75% of its scheduled games. If this is true then they will have to play only 2 more games to take them over this threshold.

 

Could be wrong though!

If that's true they reach 75% this Saturday so hopefully that is the case

Clause 13.9 of the Football Conference Rules states " A club which for any reason ceases to operate at any time during the Playing Season may have its record expunged."

There is no mention of 75% of fixtures but it's odd that the rule says "may" rather than "will."

It does say "may" have their record expunged though, doesn't say will.
