For those going early(ish) to Billericay next week please be aware that if you are intending to pick up a train from Stratford having got there via bus to North Greenwich and Jubilee Line , Charlton are playing Millwall at the Valley with a 12.30 kick-off.  Buses 422 and 486 from Bexleyheath/Welling both pass through Charlton on their way to North Greenwich and are likely to be affected by congestion for a good hour up to kick-off time.  DLR from Woolwich Arsenal changing at Canning Town to Stratford will probably be a better bet for those starting off late morning.

Or DLR from Lewisham to Stratford?

Yes.  Another alternative - changing on DLR at West India Quay.

Or the train to London Bridge, then the Jubilee line to Stratford.
